ALU(sister site) Auction To Raise Money For Rescues - easter

It is hoped if we get enough interest that we will hold an auction for some rescues.

The plan is mid February for 2 or 4 rescues. (so unwanted presents can be saved )

This thread is to discuss everything about it.

For example who would donate, who would bid, who we should raise money for etc.

I will set up a specific paypal account that will just be for the auction.

The plan is it will be for all animals so ideally either out of the 4atleast 2 must be for all animals where possible ( like an all furrie or all reptiles, not breed specific etc.)

We will eventually put it to a poll.

but i just want peoples ideas and suggestions.

I will contact manufacturers of cat/dog/reptiles/small furrie products etc see what we can do.

but really need to chat get more ideas and an idea of numbers before it goes ahead.

JUST TO ADD, I WOULD PREFER THE SMALLER CHARITIES THAT DONT GET MUCH HELP AND SUPPORT, SO IDEALLY NOT RSPCA ETC.

please note we would change the rescues each time, just need lots of people to put them forward.
